Wireless IP CCTV Camera

->> Hm still going to be a gamble even with powerful transmitter and receivers. They usually work well in a clear line of sight with minimal obstacles in between.

->> Sure. Just an advice, whatever you choose please don't go for cheap wireless camera systems from Maplins or B & Q as I can guarantee they wouldn't work.
