Blind your neighbours night vision camera

-->: my neighbour has a night vision cctv camera looking over my property day and night, you can see infra red leds glowing at night. would a stand alone ir illuminotor pointed directly at it blind it at night. It is a 380 tvl cmos camera 3o led
--->: Only a flood light pointing directly at it would blind it.
-->: any suggestions as to counteract this nuisance for annoyance value, do you stock anything that would do the job
